Your data
Quiz answers and favorites you save in PickAGift are processed entirely in your browser. They are never sent to our servers. Favorites and the last quiz live in local storage on this device; clear site data to delete them. Share links keep answers in the URL hash after the # sign, which browsers do not send to the server.
Hosting logs
Our hosting provider may keep standard request logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and reliability. These never include your tool data.
Advertising and cookies
We may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. Where required by law, you will be asked for consent first. Ads never receive the data you enter.
Children
PickAGift is a general-audience tool and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
