How the gift quiz ranks ideas
Each curated gift carries tags for occasion, recipient, age range, budget band and interests. Your answers add points for every matching tag. Exact budget matches score higher than nearby bands, and each selected interest adds more weight so the top of the list feels personal rather than random.
Results show a price band and a short list of reasons so you can see why an idea appeared. Favorites are stored on this device. An optional share link encodes your quiz answers in the URL hash, which browsers do not send to servers when you open the page.
Private by design
PickAGift has no server-side processing. Your data stays in this browser tab and in storage on this device only. Clear site data anytime to wipe it.
